This is a two component course (Blended Course). The Theory part is completed online prior to attending the Practical part of the course on February 23rd.

This Blended course is a Red Cross Standard First Aid with CPR level C. The first part of the course is online. Theory materials will be sent to you at least one week in advance of the practical session on February 23rd. Theory component will take approximately 6-8 hrs to complete. The Theory component needs to be completed prior to arriving for the course on February 23rd. You must bring a copy (digital or hardcopy) of your Theory completion certificate with you when you come to do the practical part of the course.
