We’re getting close to Provincials and are looking forward to a great weekend of competition. A few important updates and reminders to help everything run smoothly:
Updated Start Time – Saturday and Sunday
Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 will now begin at 9:00 AM
(previously scheduled for 8:00 AM)
Please plan your arrival accordingly so we can get off to a strong start each day.
Accreditation Reminder (Required for Participation)
Just a reminder to help keep things running smoothly — please ensure you pick up your accreditation in advance during the times below:
If you are competing on Saturday:
- Accreditation pickup is Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
If you are competing on Sunday:
- Accreditation pickup is available:
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We kindly ask that you plan to arrive within the specified accreditation times.

Volunteers Still Needed
We’re in a strong position, but we still need a final push to fully support the event.
We are still looking for help on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including:
- Admissions & Access Control
- Marshalling & Floor Support
- Medal Presentations
- Scorekeeping
- Photography
- Food Services
- General Support (SWAT Team)
- Set-up and take-down
Volunteers are the backbone of Provincials. With a bit more support, we can deliver the level of event our athletes deserve.
Even a couple of hours makes a big difference.
