This notice provides a CRITICAL UPDATE for all Kumite athletes competing at the 2025 Canada Open.
The weigh-in times published in the earlier bulletin have changed. Please review the updated information below — these times replace all previously posted schedules.
UPDATED WEIGH-IN TIMES (Replaces Previous Bulletin)
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)
These are now the OFFICIAL AND PRIMARY weigh-in windows for all Kumite athletes participating in the Canada Open.
The former Saturday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM window is no longer in effect.
IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AFTER 12:00 PM ON SATURDAY
Athletes arriving after noon on Saturday must contact referees in advance.

You MUST notify referees no later than Thursday, November 20 by 5:00 PM.
A scheduled weigh-in time will be arranged so you can be cleared for competition.
