We’re excited to invite you to participate in the election of the Karate BC Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 term. Your vote helps shape the future of karate in British Columbia.
Who can vote

Voting Members in good standing (fees paid and membership current).

Must have been a member in good standing for at least the past 12 months under the Bylaws.

One vote per position – you may select only one candidate for each contested role.

No proxies are permitted.
Key dates (Pacific Time)

Voting opens: Sunday, October 5 at 12:01 AM

Voting closes: Thursday, October 23 at 11:59 PM

Results announced: at the Annual General Meeting
How you’ll receive your ballot

An email will be sent to eligible Voting Members in good standing with a secure electronic ballot link and easy-to-follow instructions.

If your membership is renewed during October, your ballot email will be sent once your renewal is processed.
How to vote (it’s quick)

Open the email titled “Karate BC Board Election”.

Click your secure voting link.

Select one candidate per contested position.

Submit your ballot and you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation.

Elections are conducted under the Karate BC Bylaws.

Secure electronic voting ensures fairness and accuracy.

Successful candidates will serve a two-year term and will be announced at the AGM.
