Sunday, October 26th , and if you haven’t already registered to attend, now is a

This is an important opportunity for all members to connect, contribute, and help steer
the direction of our organization for the upcoming year.

- Please log in early (starting at 6:45 PM) so we can verify membership and start on time.
- If more than one person will be attending the meeting using your device, please

- To participate in the AGM and vote, your 2025/26 membership must be renewed and active.
- Renewing supports our programs and gives you full voting rights at the meeting.

- Completing your renewal ahead of the AGM will help us reach quorum and keep
our organization thriving.
